We all want to wake up and find joy in the work we choose as part of our profession. We want to do something impactful, whether it's create better products, provide high-quality services to improve a community or the environment, or show up as a leader who has a positive impact on other professionals.

Over the past few years, my clients have included government, nonprofit, higher education, and philanthropic entities. Most, but not all, organizations call me because they have encountered an extremely challenging and complex problem that impacts their ability to create a healthy work environment or impactful service to the community. ​

I founded AdCul as a consulting firm that could partner with organizations to ignite or reignite joy for the work. We do this by partnering with leaders and organizations using thoughtful and strategic change management practices and strategies.
